Chris Gollins AREINZ
Principal, Chris Gollins started his career in journalism and broadcasting, and then joined Robt. Jones Investments Limited in 1986 as Property Executive. There Chris was responsible for management of the public company’s property portfolio in NZ, Australia, Canada and the USA. This laid the foundation for his expertise and knowledge in commercial investments.
Chris moved from property management into commercial agency, winning numerous national and international awards with Colliers Jardine and then Colliers International. In 2015 Chris started Gollins Commercial Limited. Throughout his career Chris has had more than 280 sales totaling in excess of $670 million.
Esther Nation BDes(Hons)
Esther joined the team whilst completing a Bachelor of Design at Massey University, Wellington. Esther works as our in-house designer, using her design skills to finesse all our marketing campaigns in order to showcase every Gollins Commercial investment to its full potential. Whether it is newspaper ads, dedicated websites, property information books or signage, Esther has the skills and knowledge to produce a high-quality marketing campaign on budget. When Gollins Commercial was first established Esther created the Gollins brand. An identity was needed to set us apart from our competitors - the rebranding has been very successful - making her a valuable member of our team.
Esther is also a licenced real estate salesperson, her role will continue to evolve as she moves into commercial sales and leasing.
John Persico ACA AREINZ
Our newest team member and a tremendous asset. As one of the Capital’s most effective agents for more than 30 years John significantly boosts our effectiveness. An accountant prior to entering real estate John understands the ‘numbers’ that drive property decisions. His consistently sound advice has earned him considerable respect and confidence from many larger commercial property investors. John has previously sold 15 Walter Street.
Most of his career has been spent with Harcourts Commercial and Colliers International. He worked with Chris Gollins at both agencies. In 2007 John and Chris were two of six New Zealand Colliers brokers who achieved Colliers’ highest international achievement status and recognition at a ceremony in Hawaii. John’s confirmed brokerage in 2010 approached NZ$50million in total value.
Outside of real estate John’s passions are family and sport. A Life Member of Hutt Old Boys Marist rugby club he has coached many present investors, or their fathers.
